Starck: Owner/CEO
Rick is a third
generation mover.
His career started
with the family
owned, Starck Van
Lines, a founding
member of Atlas Van
Lines. In 1970 Rick
formed Ocean-Air
International to
offer international
moving services to
corporate customers.
The business grew by
adding military
traffic, general
commodities, air
freight, and custom
brokerage
businesses. With a
passion for
technology, Rick has
been designing and
developing advanced
software systems for
over 35 years. The
unusual combination
of business
executive and
computer software
design skills has
enabled Rick to
position Ocean-Air
as an industry
leader.
Today Ocean-Air
International has
focused entirely on
military moving.
Netflow, the
software development
subsidiary, is
focused on
ProfitMove, a
product family
tailored to the
moving industry.

Connie
Sherensky:
President
Celebrating 28 years
as an employee with
Ocean-Air
International,
Connie joined the
commercial
department on
February 1, 1978.
During her time in
the industry, she
has traveled all
over the world
attending
international
conferences,
visiting agents and
national accounts
including USAID
projects in
third-world
countries. For the
past 8 years, Connie
has served as
Ocean-Air president
where total emphasis
is now on
international and
domestic moving for
the Department of
Defense.
Connie and her
husband of 38 years
are proud parents of
a daughter and the
super proud
grandparents of two
beautiful
granddaughters.
Connie is also
extremely proud to
be part of
Ocean-Air’s 35 years
of “Commitment to
Excellence.”

Steve Marino:
CFO
Steve received a BS
in Accounting in
1988 from West
Liberty State
College and his MBA
from the University
of Pittsburgh in
1989. A Certified
Public Accountant
since 1991, he began
working for our
company in June of
1994. He and his
wife are parents of
2 daughters and 1
son. |

Kelly Hall:
Assistant to CFO
Kelly first started
working for
Ocean-Air in 1989
and left in 1991 to
start a family. She
returned in 1994 and
is now celebrating
10 consecutive years
with the company.
Over the years, she
has worked in many
areas of the
business including
the billing
department for the
military and was
documentation clerk
in the
Commercial/International
Division. She has
spent most of the
last 10 years
working as assistant
to the CFO Steve
Marino. Kelly and
her husband have
been married for 16
years and have 2
daughters. |

Melissa
Salopek: Total
Quality Control
Melissa (Missy)
joined the company
in January 2006.
She assists in the
Total Quality
Control program and
customer service.

Lori Nurczyk:
Base and Agency
Relations
Lori has been in the
moving business for
10 years. After
graduating from
college, she began
working in military
traffic relocation.
She is trained in
several areas of the
DOD HHG business
including dispatch,
operations, billing,
quality control, and
claims. In October
of 2001, she joined
Ocean-Air where she
is currently in base
and agency relations
and assisting in
Total Quality
Control, LOIs, and
base required
documents. |

Sue Howell:
Claims Adjuster
Sue graduated from
Penn Commercial
College in
Washington PA with
an accounting
degree. Sue has
been a dedicated
member of our team
since 1986 where she
began her Ocean-Air
career in the
accounting
department. She
later transferred to
claims and over the
years has attended
several national
claims seminars.

Montgomery: Customer
Support
Gina Montgomery began working with Ocean-Air in May of 2005 as a Customer Service Representative. She and her husband, Jeffrey, are the proud parents of 2 daughters.

Support
Mindy Woodland joined the Customer Support department as Move Coordinator on November 26th, 2007.

Recruitment
Ken has worked in
the moving industry
for 23 years. After
working in every
area of the business
such as
management/recruiter/trainer/driving/sales,
he joined the
domestic military
traffic department
at Ocean-Air in
2001.

Paboucek: International
Traffic Coordinator
Jim Paboucek joined the dispatcher’s department on November 27, 2006. Jim is a lifelong resident of Weirton, WV. He and his wife Gail are the proud parents of one dog.

John Howard: Agency
Relations
John moved to the area
from Omaha, Nebraska in
September 2004 to join
our staff. He is
currently in
payables/receivables as
well as agency
development. He and his
wife have 2 sons and a
daughter.

Montgomery:

Scott joined the
staff in April
2004. After working
in domestic military
traffic and TQAP, he
is currently in
International
Traffic. He and his
wife have 2 sons.

Vince
Sabatasse: Systems
Manager
Vince graduated from
W&J College in
nearby Washington,
PA with a BA in
chemistry. After
working in that
field for a short
period of time, he
attended tech school
to learn the
computer languages
and began his 25
year career with
Netflow and
Ocean-Air. Vince
has been a key
figure in the
development and
improvement of
ProfitMove and
helped make our
company a leader in
computer automation.

Cowan: Network
Manager
Ray joined the
company in November
of 2004 as network
manager. Ray began
his computer career
in 1993 and brings
with him experience
in IT and
programming.

2001, Linda began as
a software tester
for Netflow and
currently helps in
whatever
administrative
capacity is needed
in each company.
